Our main aim, is to purchase unused and underutilised commercial or light industrial buildings throughout Kent, and convert them to residential properties, but we are open to all types of developments where possible. Currently, the company focuses on developing residential property for first time buyers, but long term, we also seek to work with Housing Associations.

We use a mixture of our own funds, plus third party funding from our small panel of private investors, as well as banks and financial institutions.

We always welcome hearing about potential opportunities, including buildings fit for conversion or plots of land.

We work with a small carefully selected group of investors, but we are always open to making new connections with those who share our values.

While we are relatively new, established in 2023, we share over a hundred years of professional experience within our team.
